The first batch of cosmetics products that are easy to be illegally added include skin care products, hair care products, hair dye products, hair products, nail polish products, talcum powder, prickly heat powder products that claim whitening, acne elimination, anti-aging and other functions.
The notice requires local food and drug regulatory authorities to conduct supervision and inspection on all health food and cosmetics manufacturers within their jurisdictions, focusing on the investigation of possible illegal additions in the production and processing of enterprises; Supervise and inspect the wholesale markets of food and cosmetics, pharmaceutical enterprises, shopping malls, supermarkets and other health food and cosmetics enterprises within the jurisdiction.
